The Girls
Our mares are all proven performance horses in their chosen discipline(s) and continue to act as breed ambassadors and teachers throughout their career.
We only breed our mares when we have the perfect stallion in mind (this means a mare will not have a foal every year or even every other year). This makes every breeding important and helps to ensure the long term health of our mares and foals.

The Boys
Our studs are selected for excellence in competition, temperament, and conformation. These key elements mean that we are doing our part to make sure the future generations showcase the amazing qualities that make the Marsh Tacky so unique.
With such a small population of horses it is paramount that every foal produced be a credit to the breed as well as preserving bloodlines.
